The new HB-7216L offers a wealth of new features:

- D-1 resolution at 30 FPS on all 16 channels
- HDMI output for HD-quality picture
- A new digital zoom feature for examining detail at a remarkably close level

D-1 resolution is comparable to HD quality on all channels at analog pricing. If you have a pre-existing analog camera infrastructure, you can utilize the existing wiring to get HD-comparable image quality. Not only does the DVR output HD-comparable resolution, but it can record that resolution at 30 frames per second! This allows the HB-7216L to capture all the action of a scene and provide smooth, life-like playback. For comparison, television shows and movies record at 24 frames per second which provides the effect of motion without any gaps.

Because of the D1 resolution combined with 30 FPS, the storage needs of this DVR are larger than the entry level DVR. I highly recommend getting a larger hard drive for archiving your footage.

The HDMI output offers full D1 Resolution output. This makes the DVR very versatile in the ways you can display the images. You can use a computer monitor via the VGA output, a television via the HDMI, or both at once. Yes, I said it both at ONCE! This DVR gives you the option of displaying it on two different screens at the same time, as long as one is VGA and one is HDMI. Furthermore, you can hook up a monitor to the BNC video output for a THIRD monitoring display! The displays will have the same image on all them.

Security DVR Specifications:

Dear Customers,

Thailand flooding last month has led significant increase in price of the hard disk drive (HDD), an important peripherals for the CCTV System, by 150 percent.

We have done everything we can to prepare for this shortage. We even bought every hard disk drive on the different dealers and resellers. We paid 100 to 150 percent for the drives to make available for our customers.

At this time, we are confident that we will be able to meet the expected product needs of our customers. As costs increase, we may need to adjust our hard disk drive (HDD) pricing to reflect these changing global market conditions and our actual costs. But we will not irresponsibly raise our prices to profit from this situation.

If you have any questions relative to this HDD shortage or expected product availability, please feel free to contact us at 386-6356.
